What You 'll Do As a Sales Manager you'll be responsible for: * Manage all sales activities at the hotel * Prospect, qualify, and close group, corporate, and event business * Lead site tours, proposals, and event detailing * Track performance using brand-standard systems * Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth event execution What You Bring * Marriott and/or Hilton experience strongly preferred * Strong communication and sales strategy skills * Knowledge of Marriott and/or Hilton brand platforms (CI/TY, SalesPro, etc.) * Organized, driven, and guest-focused * Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours What You 'll Love About Working Here We believe great work deserves great rewards.
