Job Overview Select Beverage LLC is one of Gerogia's newest, most dynamic, and fastest growing spirits and stress-release wholesalers. We are looking for someone awesome to join our Georgia sales team and service both on and off-premise customers. Our Sales Consultants are the heart and soul of Select Beverage and have quickly built a reputation as some of the most knowledgeable, passionate, professional and customer service-oriented salespeople in the state. If you share a strong passion for customer service, selling spirits and stress- release products from iconic and innovative producers and carry an entrepreneurial spirit, we would love to learn more about you. As a Liquor Distributor Sales Representative working in Georgia, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting our portfolio, and achieving sales targets. Duties * Sells spirits and stress-release products to on-premise and off-premise accounts throughout the assigned territory. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed volume & revenue goals. * Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities. * Effectively communicates our producers' stories and products and continually educates the market, customers and service teams. * Works closely with sales manager and fellow sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and profitability. * Establishes, cultivates and maintains relationships with key accounts. * Provides the highest-level of customer service and hospitality. * Develops extensive knowledge of our portfolio, products, culture and market. * Analyzes the territory for opportunities and consistently seeks out new business relationships and opens new accounts. * Organizes and hosts tastings, dinners and events for the trade and consumers. * Merchandises and services product at retail accounts. * Stays current on industry trends. * Occasional Weekends. * Base Pay + Commission. Other: * Must be able to travel within established geographic areas and council service centers, as necessary. * Must have reliable transportation, hold a valid drivers' license and meet company driving record & automobile insurance requirements. * Performs other duties, as assigned. Qualifications * Must reside in Georgia and have a valid Georgia driver's license and safe driving record and be Drug Free. * Reliable transportation for servicing the sales territory. * Minimum of 2-years of sales experience. * Demonstrated ability to successfully achieve sales goals. * Maintain high standards of professionalism, excellent communication and strong organizational skills. * Commitment towards a journey of excellence. * Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, strong internal drive for success, desire to be a part of and contribute towards a team, and exude a genuine, enthusiastic and positive vibe. * Ability to work occasional evening or weekend tastings/events. * Well versed in Microsoft office/Outlook, online applications and social media. * Ability to occasionally lift to 50 lbs.
