At Rob Jackson Insurance, an independent property & casualty insurance agency proudly representing Bear River Mutual Insurance Company and over 15 other top-rated insurance providers, we are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We're looking for a motivated, quick worker with a keen eye for detail to join our growing team. This is a full-time position in office looking to start as soon as possible. Responsibilities * Provide outstanding customer service by answering phones, emails and texts, assisting current policyholders, quoting and guiding new clients through their insurance needs. * Assist in facilitating new business for the agency, ensuring that clients receive the best insurance solutions for their needs. * No cold calling or door-to-door sales. Focus is on servicing existing accounts and supporting new business growth. * Complete work accurately and quickly. Qualifications * Property & Casualty Insurance License is a plus, though not required to apply. * Willingness to obtain your insurance license if you don't currently hold one (company will support you in this process). * Strong typing and computer skills are essential. * Problem Solver. * Quick Worker. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, client-first attitude. * Self-motivated, quick to adapt, and comfortable working independently. * Exceptional attention to detail is a must to ensure accurate policy management and customer satisfaction. * Sales experience is preferred but not required.
