Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building sales pipeline, engaging with prospects and clients, managing sales transactions, and promoting our Revenue Cycle solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships. Proficiency in CRMs and experience in B2B sales will be essential for success in this position. Duties * Execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. * Conduct cold calling to generate leads and expand the customer base. * Manage prospective client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and addressing client needs. * Utilize CRM for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on sales performance. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns. * Present technology solutions effectively to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and features. * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions. * Assist in training new sales team members as needed. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales, preferably in healthcare information technology or software sectors. * Strong account management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Familiarity with CRM tools is highly desirable. * Demonstrated experience in prospecting and top of funnel development required. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new techniques.
