Entry Level Sales Agent Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, expertly presenting and demonstrating the value of our high-speed internet, voice, and video services. * Master our product portfolio to become an indispensable resource for clients, guiding them through personalized solutions that perfectly match their needs. * Proactively engage with prospective customers through various channels, including sales, to build a robust pipeline and close new accounts. * Conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and recommend the most effective Frontier solutions. * Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from initial contact to post-sale follow-up. * Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and all Frontier product updates to stay ahead of the curve. * Collaborate with the Entry Level Sales Agent team to share best practices, strategize on new market opportunities, and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Accurately record and manage all sales activities and customer information in our CRM system, ensuring a clean and organized sales pipeline.
