Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Salesperson to join our dealership team. Responsibilities * Engage with prospective customers through outbound calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new sales opportunities * Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying potential clients and nurturing relationships * Conduct high-end vehicle demonstrations and presentations to clients, emphasizing features and benefits * Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining dealership policies and customer satisfaction standards * Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales volume and enhance customer experience * Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up on sales opportunities * Maintain comprehensive knowledge of inventory levels, vehicle features, pricing strategies, and market trends * Support marketing efforts by participating in promotional events, public speaking engagements, and community outreach * Assist with inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels and presentation standards * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries professionally via phone or in person Qualifications * Proven experience in automotive sales or related retail sales roles; dealership experience is preferred * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in person or over the phone * Proficiency with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math calculations * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously * Bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching diverse customer bases * Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on closing high-end sales deals * Knowledge of marketing techniques, public speaking, and outbound sales strategies * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment * Strong customer service orientation with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $46,662.96 - $256,196.26 per year Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Opportunities for advancement * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Experience: * SALES: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Ability to Commute: * Mobile, AL 36606 (Required) Work Location: In person
