Job Description

We're seeking a driven Real Estate Acquisition Agent to join our team. This is a commission-only role with high earning potential, perfect for a licensed agent ready to hustle and grow with us. You'll work directly with me, leveraging my data, leads, training, and network to secure properties for our flipping pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling : Daily outreach to uncover on-market and off-market properties (fixers only) using company-provided data and leads.
• Property Sourcing : Identify and acquire distressed properties suitable for flipping, aligning with our team's profit-driven strategy.
• Deal Execution : Negotiate and close acquisitions for REIN Capital and our network to renovate and resell.
• Consistency : Follow a structured schedule (Tuesday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM) to maximize outreach and results.

Qualifications

• Active California DRE License in good standing.
• Willingness to transfer your license to our designated brokerage.
• Proven experience or strong interest in cold calling and lead generation.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-only environment.
• Passion for real estate investing and flipping properties.
