Full-Time Wilmington, NC Posted on 1/20/2026 The Clinical Liaison is responsible for promoting the Company; including applicable durable medical equipment products and respiratory services to referral sources and client/patients. The Clinical Liaison will coordinate and/or provide clinical services to patients. The Clinical Liaison will engage referral sources in a hospital, hospital system or regional territory defined by the Vice President of Business Development. The scope, strategy and frequency of engagement will align with all Company goals for business growth. Responsibilities and Duties of the Clinical Liaison: 1. Report any misconduct, suspicious or unethical activities to the Compliance Officer. 2. Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with client/patients. 3. Pursue development of new business with potential referral sources and client/patients within facilities as directed. 4. Participate in negotiations with referral source organizations as requested. 5. Develop existing business relationships with referral sources and client/patients, with an emphasis on customer retention. 6. Represent the Company at industry events in a professional manner that will enhance the Company's public image and reputation. 7. Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities and communicate up-to-date information with other departments of the Company. 8. Participate in surveys conducted by authorized inspection agencies. 9. Participate in the Company's Performance Improvement program as requested by the Performance Improvement Coordinator. 10. Participate in Company committees when requested. 11. Pursue continuing education programs appropriate to job responsibilities. 12. Deliver and set up respiratory therapy (RT) equipment, including (but not limited to) oxygen therapy, CPAP/BIPAP, nebulization therapy, apnea monitoring, suctioning, and ventilation. 13. Demonstrate the use of RT equipment with the client/patients, and ensure that the client/patient and/or caregiver demonstrate knowledge of proper operation of the equipment 14. Assist in resolving RT equipment problems under emergency conditions when appropriate. 15. Can participate in on-call rotation, if desired in accordance with Company policy. 16. Complete appropriate documentation of client visits, including reports as needed to physicians with regard to client/patient clinical progress. 17. Report RT equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in compliance with Company policy. 18. Appointments/status of appointments must be kept current in system (Brightree/Apacheta) on a daily basis. 19. Delivery tickets, equipment checklists, equipment checksheets, and SOAP notes must be completed within 48 hours. 20. Perform other duties as assigned by the VP of Business Development. Qualifications: * RCP/RRT with appropriate state license(s) * Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills. * Two years of experience in HME or home health industry (HME sales and marketing experience preferred). * Knowledgeable of third-party payer policies. * Computer skills that include word processing, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail
