Duties * Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment. * Assist customers in selecting rental products that best suit their requirements. * Provide detailed information about rental options, terms, and conditions. * Process rental transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the rental area to ensure a positive customer experience. * Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve service delivery. * Keep updated on new products, promotions, and company policies related to rentals.
