Benefits & Pay of Territory Sales Specialist - Industrial Equipment: * Competitive base ($65-$80k) plus commissions: $150k+ earning potential! * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match * Opportunities to advance * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Commitment to work-life balance and employee well-being * Strong company culture built on integrity, teamwork, and excellence Responsibilities of Territory Sales Specialist - Industrial Equipment: * Serve as the subject matter expert on technical information for the sales of equipment, accessories, parts, and service * Generate leads and develop detailed sales plans to effectively penetrate accounts and achieve sales goals * Travel to current and prospective customer sites within a designated sales territory to demonstrate and explain products and services, conduct needs assessments, and solicit orders * Recommend products and services to customers based on their needs, interests, costs, and other factors * Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service contracts to potential and existing customers * Negotiate prices and terms of equipment sales and aftermarket service agreements * Record prospecting activity in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system * Increase organizational visibility within the industrial and manufacturing industries through active networking * Perform other tasks as needed or assigned Requirements of Territory Sales Specialist - Industrial Equipment : * Industrial Equipment Sales Experience in the geographic market REQUIRED * Valid Driver's License and clear motor vehicle record * Proven ability to generate leads, convert leads to sales opportunities, and achieve sales targets * Effective communication and presentation skills * Strong interpersonal and networking skills * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Professional development assistance * Vision insurance Work Location: On the roadConfidential
