Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Aviation Sales Professional to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing current customers, and expanding our market presence through strategic marketing and advertising. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and aviation or similar industry, with excellent negotiation and customer service skills. Duties * Generate sales of services and/or parts * Seek out potential business opportunities worldwide with established and new customers * Achieve sales goals by building relationships, networking, cold calling, emailing, and telemarketing * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction * Establish and maintain in depth knowledge of the aviation industry, products and services, industry trends, and market, and economic changes * Communicate with all management and work collaboratively within a team environment * Report to CEO Requirements * Must have valid Driver's License * Experience in Sales and Marketing * Experience in Aviation or similar industry * Familiarity with social media platforms * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills * Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience * Experience with lead generation strategies including cold calling and networking * Analytical skills to interpret market data and develop strategic plans for growth * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a team environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to interact professionally with customers Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Experience: * Aviation Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
