Mall Kiosk Sales Associate - Hat Cleaning Demonstrations Location: Ontario Mills Mall Company: Magical Cap Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Pay: $16.50-$20.00 per hour (Base + Commission) About the Role We're looking for outgoing, confident individuals who love talking to people and turning quick conversations into sales! At our mall kiosk, you'll demonstrate our hat cleaning product, showing customers how it restores and freshens their hats right in front of them. Your job: Stop customers walking by, perform a short demo, and close the sale -- all with energy and enthusiasm. What You'll Do * Engage shoppers and invite them to experience a quick hat cleaning demo * Demonstrate how the product works (training provided) * Build excitement and turn demos into sales * Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic booth * Represent the Magical Cap brand with positivity and professionalism We're Looking For * Outgoing, energetic personality * Comfortable talking to strangers and approaching people walking by * Confident sales or retail background preferred (not required) * Reliable, coachable, and motivated by success * Available to work weekends and mall peak hours Perks * Base pay $16.50-$20/hr (Depending on performance) * Fun, fast-paced environment * Daily cash bonus opportunities * Growth potential into lead or manager roles Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Application Question(s): * Have you ever worked in a public setting?
