Atlas Staffing is hiring a Logistics Sales & Business Development Agent to join a fast-growing freight and logistics operation in the Spokane Valley. This full-time, office-based role is perfect for someone eager to break into sales, sharpen their skills, and build real earning potential in a high-energy industry. What You 'll Be Doing * Actively prospect and connect with new customers through outbound calls, emails, and networking * Build a consistent daily sales rhythm with call blocks, follow-ups, and next steps * Learn customer shipping needs including lanes, volumes, timelines, and challenges * Support RFQs and RFPs by gathering details and assisting with competitive quote inputs * Maintain accurate pipeline activity and updates in the Sales Management System * Gather market insights to help shape sales strategies and uncover new opportunities * Represent the brand professionally across social media platforms * Collaborate with the team on marketing initiatives, both digital and print What We 're Looking For * Competitive, goal-driven mindset with a strong desire to win * Confident communicator who's comfortable on the phone and in email outreach * Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple follow-ups * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) * Thrives in a fast-paced, high-activity environment * Experience in transportation or logistics is a plus--but not required * 1-2 years of sales experience Compensation $20 -$25/hour DOE Schedule Monday -Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Enjoy a predictable weekday schedule in an office environment.
