Thompson Creek Window Company is growing, and we're looking for Outside Sales Representatives to sell our premium line of exterior home improvement products--including windows, doors, siding, gutters, and roofing. The posted range reflects annual earnings from the past three years, including both new hires and top performers. Individual results will vary based on performance, availability, and market demand. Typical earnings range from $85,000 to $340,000+ annually , with top performers exceeding $400,000 per year. All new hires receive 90 days of paid training at $1,384.62 bi-weekly (base pay plus commission). After the training period, compensation is entirely commission-based.
