Assistant Manager - Anytime Fitness Location: 4705 Centennial Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80919 Hours: Part-time (30 hours/week, with opportunity for up to 10 additional hours of personal training) Compensation: $19/hour (Base) + commission + additional pay for personal training sessions Overview Anytime Fitness is seeking a motivated and energetic Assistant Manager to join our team! This position is ideal for someone passionate about fitness, sales, and helping others achieve their goals. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in driving membership sales , maintaining smooth daily operations , and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers a unique blend of fitness and management experience , with opportunities to grow your career within the fitness industry. Responsibilities * Assist with membership sales efforts , including prospecting, outreach, tours, and closing new memberships. * Support the Club Manager in all aspects of daily operations , including opening/closing, cleanliness, and facility standards. * Deliver excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and creating a welcoming club environment. * Assist with social media and digital marketing , including content creation and engagement on platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. * Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, member billing inquiries, and inventory management. * Promote and conduct 1-on-1 personal training sessions (up to 10 hours per week) to help members achieve their fitness goals. * Support and contribute to community events and local marketing efforts to increase brand visibility. * Uphold company values and standards to ensure a positive, professional, and motivating club atmosphere. Requirements * Previous sales experience preferred, ideally in fitness, retail, or hospitality environments. * Must hold or be willing to obtain a Personal Training Certification (ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent). * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with members. * Basic computer and social media skills required; experience with TikTok and/or Instagram is highly preferred. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed.
