Talos Drones, a leading agricultural drone distributor, is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Specialist in Riverside, CA. In this role, you will answer inbound calls, educate customers on drone products, provide quotes and invoices, and guide customers through the purchase process. We seek someone professional, detail-oriented, and sales-driven. Full training provided. Join a fast-growing company in a modern office environment! Key Responsibilities: * Able to work in a high-volume, fast paced setting * Answer inbound phone calls in a professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable manner * Educate customers about agricultural sprayer drones after completed training (features, availability, lead times, etc.) * Create and email accurate quotes and invoices to customers * Proactively assist customers to move from inquiry to purchase * Provide prompt and clear responses to customer emails and chats * Collaborate with operations and shipping teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and follow-ups * Travel within country to various states to visit business partners and represent the company a few times a year What We Offer: * Paid Time Off * Modern, professional office environment * Comprehensive training on agricultural drones and company processes * Opportunities for career growth within a fast-growing industry * A collaborative and supportive team culture Requirements: * Strong verbal and written business communication skills * Confidence and professionalism on the phone with customers * Sales-minded approach: ability to educate, assist, and encourage purchasing decisions * Strong attention to detail when preparing quotes and invoices * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) * Ability to learn technical product knowledge quickly * Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple customer requests efficiently * Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Preferred (but not required): * Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or inside sales roles * Experience working with agricultural products, drones, or technology solutions * Experience with Inventory CRM systems * Bilingual in English and Spanish Schedule: * Full-Time (Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm Business Hours) Location: * In-person at our Riverside, CA office Ready to join a team that's shaping the future of agriculture?
