As part of a global leader in industrial filtration, you will be empowered to make a direct impact on customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and environmental performance. Main Tasks and Responsibilities: * Performs Customer Onboarding; educates customers on maintenance best practices, and Nederman's aftermarket value proposition * Identify and pursue opportunities for service agreements, preventative maintenance programs, and spare parts packages. * Proactively generate quotes (for spare parts, inspections, troubleshooting services, and minor repairs) follow up on proposals, and close service-related sales opportunities. * Track install base data, identify service revenue opportunities and develop outreach strategies. * Assist in the new customer setup process, and ensure functional objects are properly entered into IFS (ERP), on an as-needed basis. * Maintain accurate records of account details, customer interactions, opportunities, and service agreements in CRM systems, and continuously update install base directory with the most recent information. * Collaborate with the service operations team to coordinate schedules and deliverables for contract execution. * Leverage customer data and analytics to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities. * Qualify and manage aftermarket sales leads and web inquiries. * Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for continuous improvement in aftermarket offerings Qualifications Your Experience & Education * 35 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Success, preferably within industrial B2B environments involving capital equipment, engineered systems, or technical solutions * Proven success in building customer relationships and driving aftermarket/service sales * Experience working in ERP systems and CRM platforms Your Skills & Traits: * Proven ability to sell service agreements, spare parts, and value-added aftermarket solutions * Strong customer service mindset and orientation with a proactive and solution-oriented approach * Good interpersonal skills and decision making ability * Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment * Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills; manage multiple opportunities, quotes, and follow-ups efficiently; avid CRM user * Strong communication and presentation skills; can convey value clearly and confidently via phone, email, and virtual meetings * Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including e-mail, Excel, Pivot Tables, PowerPoint, and Word What we offer is more than just a job * An opportunity to be part of a truly innovative and fast-growing international company * A team-focused work environment where your efforts wont go unnoticed or unappreciated * Competitive compensation and benefits including PTO, health care insurance, registered retirement savings plan, disability, and life insuranceNederman Group
