Now Hiring: Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Account Executive, Business Development professional. Handle leads, present estimates, negotiate pricing, overcome objections, and close high-ticket deals. $90K-$120K/year. We are hiring a Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, measure properties, and close deals. Turf or outdoor services experience is a plus, but not required. This role is ideal for a confident closer who is comfortable doing basic math, measuring accurately, and selling high-ticket services face- to-face. What You 'll Do: * Meet with qualified leads for in-person estimates * Accurately measure properties and calculate pricing (math confidence is required) * Present solutions clearly and professionally * Follow up with prospects and close deals efficiently * Build trust with clients through honesty, professionalism, and consistency * Conduct estimates from the ground (no climbing roofs or ladders; digital tools provided) What We 're Looking For: * Sales experience with a proven ability to close * Turf, landscaping, or outdoor services experience preferred but not required * Strong confidence with measurements, numbers, and calculations * Comfortable meeting clients in person and handling objections * Professional appearance and communication style * Self-motivated, reliable, and driven by performance-based income Compensation: * $90,000-$120,000+ per year * High-quality leads provided * No benefits (position is commission-focused) Tools Provided: * Company vehicle & gas card * iPad and phone for work use Why Join Us: You'll be selling a product that delivers real, visible value to homeowners.
