Compensation: $125,000 - $225,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with athletes, entertainers, and other high-profile clients, ensuring their unique real estate needs are met. * Guide clients through the process of buying or selling luxury properties, providing expert advice and support at every step. * Stay informed on market trends and developments in the sports and entertainment sectors to offer clients the most current insights. * Coordinate with industry contacts and leverage your network to identify potential opportunities for clients. * Negotiate high-value transactions with professionalism and discretion, ensuring client satisfaction and trust. * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that enhance client experience and drive business growth. * Utilize available resources and training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge in luxury real estate sales. Qualifications: * Experience in luxury real estate sales, with a focus on high-profile clients. * Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one. * Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with athletes, entertainers, and other high-profile individuals. * Proven track record of guiding clients through buying or selling luxury properties with expert advice and support. * Strong understanding of market trends and developments in the sports and entertainment sectors. * Ability to coordinate with industry contacts and leverage networks to identify potential opportunities. * Skill in negotiating high-value transactions with professionalism and discretion. * Experience collaborating with teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance client experience and drive growth.
