Key Responsibilities

:

• Greet customers and actively engage to understand their needs
• Provide expert product knowledge on phone, TV, and internet packages
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly
• Assist customers with plan upgrades, new activations, and billing inquiries
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
• Upsell and recommend additional services to enhance the customer experience
• Maintain product displays, stock shelves, and ensure store cleanliness
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Stay updated on the latest promotions, pricing, and technology trends

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, or telecommunications preferred
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
• Basic math skills for transactions and promotions
• Ability to learn and explain technical products in simple terms
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to meet and exceed goals
