Insurance customer Service - Chatman & Associates Allstate Agency Location: Avondale Estates, GA Salary Range: (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-time About Us Chatman & Associates is a growing Allstate Insurance agency located in the heart of Avondale Estates, Georgia. Position Overview We are seeking Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping people and delivering excellent customer experiences. The ideal candidate has prior Insurance experience , holds a Property & Casualty license, and understands the importance of building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities * Provide exceptional day-to-day service to existing Allstate policyholders. * Assist customers with policy questions, changes, renewals, and service needs. * Process policy changes, endorsements, payments, and renewals accurately. * Review customer accounts to identify coverage gaps and offer solutions. * Support the sales and agency team with administrative tasks as needed. * Maintain detailed records in accordance with Allstate compliance standards. * Represent Chapman & Associates with professionalism and integrity.
