As a Wireless Sales Associate, you will be the face of the Boost Mobile brand -- directly responsible for driving in-store sales, managing the customer experience, and helping your store hit aggressive performance targets. Your role will focus on delivering healthy, high-quality sales , which means pairing every phone activation with accessories, insurance (Boost Protect), Automatica Payments, and additional lines when possible. You'll also be expected to engage with customers, educate them on current promotions, and ensure each shopper leaves fully set up and satisfied. This role is ideal for candidates who have a background in wireless or commission-based retail sales and are looking to advance within a high- growth company that recognizes effort and rewards top performers consistently. Responsibilities * As a Sales Associate at A to Z Cellular of GA - Boost Mobile, you will play a critical role in delivering a superior retail experience while driving consistent, healthy sales performance. You will represent one of the nation's most recognized wireless brands inside our launched Boost Mobile locations. Your core responsibilities will include: * Customer Engagement : Welcome each customer with a professional, service-first approach. Identify individual needs and recommend wireless solutions, devices, and plans accordingly. * Sales Execution : Drive new postpaid activations, upgrades, add-a-lines, and accessory sales. Maximize every opportunity by attaching Boost Protect insurance, AutoPay enrollment, and multi-line promotions where applicable. * Product Knowledge : Maintain a strong understanding of device features, rate plans, financing options, and current promotional offers to confidently guide purchase decisions and build customer trust. * Point of Sale Operations : Efficiently operate the POS system to process transactions, activations, financing approvals, and account setups with accuracy and professionalism. * Upselling & Demonstration: Conduct clear, confident product demonstrations. Upsell compatible accessories and value-added services to enhance the customer's purchase experience. * Store Presentation : Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually compelling sales floor that reflects Boost Mobile's PLUS branding standards. Support merchandising, pricing, and inventory tasks as needed. * Compliance & Accuracy: Follow Boost Mobile's operational guidelines, including ID verification, customer documentation, fraud prevention, and system compliance. * Team Collaboration : Work closely with store teammates and leadership to achieve individual and location-based sales goals, and contribute to a high-performance team culture. * Customer Resolution : Handle service concerns and product questions with professionalism, focusing on quick resolution and long-term satisfaction. * Outreach & Promotion: Support grassroots marketing, social media campaigns, and local event promotions designed to generate traffic and expand store visibility. Requirements * Prior experience in retail, wireless, or commission-based sales is strongly preferred but not required -- we are willing to train highly motivated individuals * Strong communication skills , both verbal and interpersonal, with the ability to build rapport quickly and guide customers through solutions * Basic technology proficiency , including comfort with smartphones, wireless devices, and use of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems * Ability to perform basic retail math related to pricing, inventory, and discounts * Familiarity with upselling, cross-selling, or product recommendation strategies is a plus * A professional, reliable, and coachable attitude , with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service * Flexible Schedule Availability , including weekends, holidays, and evenings, as required in a retail environment (our business hours are Mon-Sat - 10am to 8pm / Sun 12pm to 6pm) * Must be punctual and dependable , with a team-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a performance-driven setting * Bilingual - The ability to speak English/Spanish is highly valued and preferred in our business. * High school diploma or GED required; additional retail, sales, or customer service training is a plus Compensation & Benefits * Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) * Estimated Total Compensation: $19.00 - $26.00+ per hour with commissions and performance incentives * Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly / Commissions paid Monthly * Uncapped SPIFFs and bonus opportunities paid on performance * Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time options * Weekly sales contests and incentive programs * Structured training and advancement opportunities within the company * Supportive, fast-paced work environment focused on success and growth Apply Today We are hiring immediately for multiple locations.
