Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Catering Sales Manager to lead our catering sales initiatives and expand our client base. Experience with CRM software, territory management, and lead generation is essential to succeed in this position. As a vital member of our team, the Catering Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand presence and achieving sales targets across diverse markets. Responsibilities * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve catering revenue goals within assigned territories. * Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through account management and personalized service. * Identify new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities. * Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our catering offerings. * Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, including negotiation and upselling strategies. Qualifications * Proven experience in restaurant catering outside sales, business development, or account management within a B2B environment. * Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales techniques. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and close deals effectively. * Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Strong communication skills both written and verbal; adept at cold calling and inside sales strategies.
