Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Service Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through the development of new business opportunities and the management of existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales, technical sales, and customer service. You will leverage your negotiation skills and product knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients while promoting our HVAC solutions. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and close deals in the HVAC sector. * Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers, showcasing the benefits of our HVAC services. * Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of all communications. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the HVAC or related industry. * Strong understanding of business development principles, account management, and territory management strategies. * Experience with B2B sales processes, including lead generation and negotiation techniques. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients quickly.
