To build and establish our U.S. organization from the ground up, we are seeking a highly driven sales leader with a strong hands-on mentality, technical expertise, and entrepreneurial mindset. Your

Responsibilities

Phase 1 - Market Entry & Sales Execution

  • Actively develop the U.S. market with a strong focus on hands-on sales, including cold calling, customer visits, and extensive travel
  • Build and maintain B2B relationships with OEMs, distributors, and end-users
  • Identify new business opportunities, applications, and market segments
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Provide technical consulting and support customers in selecting and integrating our hydraulic components Phase 2 - Growth & Leadership
  • Gradually build, structure, and lead a U.S. sales team
  • Develop and execute sustainable sales strategies and processes
  • Take full budget, revenue, and P&L responsibility for the U.S. market
  • Report directly to senior management and work closely with headquarters
  • Actively shape the long-term market and organizational strategy in the U.S. Your Profile
  • Proven sales experience in hydraulic components, fluid power, or comparable technical products
  • Strong technical understanding of hydraulic systems and industrial applications
  • Entrepreneurial, hands-on mindset with the ability to build structures from scratch
  • Leadership skills with the ambition to grow into a senior management role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Based in the U.S. or willing to relocate
  • High willingness to travel, especially during the market-entry phase We Offer
