EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH * First Month: $4,000 - $7,000 (performance-based bonuses and uncapped commission) * Experienced Reps: $6,000 - $12,000 per month * Sales Leaders: $250,000+ annually Top performers regularly exceed these ranges.
