Role Overview We are seeking a competitive, driven Telecom Account Managersomeone who thrives both as a Farmer (deepening and expanding existing accounts) and as a Hunter (opening new opportunities). This role is ideal for a highly driven individual with 510 years of telecom sales/account experience, who understands the telco ecosystem and is ambitious about scaling their career in the AI solutions space. You will own relationships, revenue, expansion strategy, and client success within your telecom accountsliving in the telco space, speaking the language, and driving growth through insight, hustle, and execution. Key Responsibilities Account Ownership & Growth Own a portfolio of telecom clients end-to-endrelationship management, renewals, expansion, and long-term strategic value. Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and actively pursue expansion revenue within existing accounts. Hunt for new lines of business and whitespace opportunities within major telecom operators. Conduct strategic business reviews, roadmap discussions, and performance analysis to show value and drive growth. Sales Strategy & Execution Develop strategic account plans and execute them with precisionpipeline development, forecasting, and deal advancement. Negotiate commercial agreements and manage renewals with favorable terms. AI & Telecom Expertise Become fluent in our AI and automation platforms and how they apply to telco workflows, operations, and digital transformation. Translate client challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions and coordinate with internal product/engineering teams. Operational Excellence Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and activity logs. Ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and ongoing satisfaction for all assigned accounts. You raise the bar for client experience, professionalism, and performance. Required Skills & Experience Experience 510 years in telecom sales, account management, or technology solutions (required). Proven ability to manage relationships in large telco environments. Demonstrated success driving revenue within complex, multi-stakeholder accounts. Skills Strong communication and executive-level presentation abilities. Competitive, high-energy personality with strong drive and resilience. Strategic thinking with the ability to map client needs to solutions. Contract negotiation and deal management skills. Technical aptitudecomfortable discussing software, AI, workflows, and telecom operations. Strong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple priorities and accounts. Education Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent. Sales or telecom certifications are a plus.
