ORGANIZATION The Citizen Farmers is an elite, fast-growing organization of high-net-worth conservative families dedicated to civic virtue and grassroots leadership. We are seeking a high-impact lead for our member acquisition to spearhead our expansion in Illinois, specifically the Chicagoland area. The organization started in Illinois and is already operating in other states and will scale nationally. LOCATION Remote (Frequent travel throughout Illinois) REPORTING TO The Executive Director MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (What You'll Do) Execute a high-touch sales strategy to recruit conservative individuals/families level, focused heavily on the Chicagoland area. Immediately activate your personal and professional networks to generate a consistent pipeline of warm referrals and new member leads. Spend the majority of your time "in the field," meeting daily with prospective members over coffee, lunch, or private dinners (including frequent evenings and weekends). Serve as a brand ambassador at exclusive events, speaker series, and political gatherings to identify and "hook" prospective leaders. Utilize data-driven tools to track prospects and move them from initial contact to joining of our growing network of individuals and families of purpose, ensuring a seamless onboarding into the organization. EXPERIENCE (Qualifications) 7+ years in high-ticket sales, private wealth management, political fundraising, or executive-level business development. Must reside in the Chicagoland area with an established network of high-net- worth individuals/families. Ability to work the hours where prospects are available--this includes high- visibility presence on evenings and weekends. An autonomous producer who thrives in a results-oriented environment where compensation is directly linked to membership acquisition and measurable growth. EDUCATION Strongly prefer Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or University. SALARY The starting annual salary is $100,000+ based on experience CASH BONUS OPPORTUNITY Up to 30%, based on individual performance goals with additional bonus possible for performance that surpasses expectations. RELOCATION No, not necessary.
