Responsibilities: * Drive lead generation through diverse channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals. * Educate clients on insurance product features, benefits, premiums, and deductibles. * Provide continuous support to clients, aiding in policy renewals, claims assistance, and coverage adjustments. * Cultivate and sustain enduring client relationships, fostering loyalty and enhancing customer retention. Qualifications: * Proven sales or customer service experience is preferred but will train the right candidate. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in working both independently and collaboratively within a team. * Possession of a valid insurance license (Property & Casualty and Life License) or the determination to acquire one.
