As a member of our Service BDC team, you'll be responsible for handling service department calls emails and leads and maintain a quality relationship with our current customer base. Responsibilities of a FULL TIME BDC SERVICE COODINATOR: * Take incoming service calls * Schedule service appointments * Follow-up on all leads * Serve as liaison between the service department and customers (contact customers regarding repairs, estimated pick-up times, etc.) * Inform customers of rental car rental policies and guidelines * Complete paperwork for all rental/loaner cars, maintain a written log of all dispatch activities, other administrative duties as required * Get customers in our service department * Making out bound calls * Cashiering when necessary Qualifications of a FULL TIME BDC SERVICE COODINATOR: * Great customer service skills * Previous experience preferred * Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Car dealership experience a plus * Valid driver's license and clean driving record * We are a drug free environment This is an incredible opportunity to COME JOIN THE MIDWEST'S #1 VOLUME AUTO GROUP - the Rohrman Automotive Group.
