Job Summary As a Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of a high-energy team dedicated to motivating, transforming, and empowering individuals to lead healthier, stronger lives. This role is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences while also driving membership growth and studio success. Sales Associates serve as brand ambassadors for our community, helping current members feel supported and inspiring prospective members to take their first step in their fitness journey. In this fast-paced environment, you will build meaningful relationships, contribute to studio operations, and play a direct role in achieving sales goals. Reporting Structure This position reports directly to the Assistant Studio Manager. Duties & Responsibilities * Actively sell memberships, class packages, and retail products to support monthly revenue goals * Greet members and guests warmly and professionally to create a welcoming, positive studio atmosphere * Engage with prospective members to understand their goals and recommend the best membership options for their needs * Support the execution of fitness classes, including assisting with check-in, bike setup, seating organization, and equipment flow * Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment, including the lobby, workout floor, equipment areas, and restrooms * Manage leads by responding to inquiries, following up with prospects, and nurturing relationships with potential members * Promote and encourage participation in the studio's referral program * Assist with outreach initiatives, pop-ups, and community marketing events to grow brand awareness Required Skills * High energy, enthusiasm, and genuine passion for health and fitness and sales * Natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds * Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment * Excellent customer service skills * Self-motivated and proactive problem solver * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting * Remains calm and composed under pressure * Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette * Basic understanding of fitness and studio operations * Comfortable using computers, email, and messaging platforms * Willingness to learn and master studio software systems (POS, CRM, etc.) Required Qualifications Minimum Education & Knowledge * High school diploma or GED required Minimum Work Experience * Prior customer service or retail experience preferred * Previous sales experience is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $14.00 per hour Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
