Part-Time to Full-Time | Performance-Based Growth Role Wellness Wing - Wellness & Med Spa About Wellness Wing Wellness Wing is a growing wellness and med spa focused on long-term client relationships, results-driven services, and strong community connection. We are building a trusted local presence and are looking for someone who can turn visibility, relationships, and marketing efforts into booked consultations and revenue growth. About the Role The Sales, Marketing & Community Growth Coordinator is an execution- focused role responsible for community outreach, marketing execution, lead generation, and measurable revenue impact. This role blends sales, local marketing, and social media support. Strategy, offers, and monthly priorities are set by ownership; this role helps execute, optimize, and track results. This position starts part-time (15 -25 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance, not tenure. Key Responsibilities Sales & Community Growth * Drive booked consultations through outreach, events, partnerships, and marketing * Promote injectables, memberships, and monthly offers * Follow up with leads generated from events, outreach, and marketing * Track consultations booked, conversions, and revenue influenced Community Partnerships * Build referral partnerships with local businesses (gyms, salons, bridal, apartments, corporate offices) * Coordinate pop-ups, in-house events, and activations * Track referral performance Marketing Execution (Hands-On) * Execute monthly content and promotions (feed posts, stories, email support) * Engage daily on social media (DMs, comments, local businesses) * Collect and share reviews, testimonials, and before-and-afters * Maintain Google Business Profile and local visibility Reporting & Accountability * Submit weekly reports on outreach, leads, bookings, and revenue * Review monthly performance metrics and adjust execution What This Role Is Not * Not a social-media-only role * Not a branding-only position * Not a passive or unclear role *This role succeeds through consistent execution, follow-up, and results.
