The Role We're hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to handle inbound motivated seller leads and turn conversations into signed purchase agreements. This role is not for everyone. What You 'll Do As an Acquisitions Specialist, you are on the front lines of the business. You will: * Speak with motivated property owners and lead real conversations about selling their homes * Analyze property situations and present win-win solutions * Negotiate contracts ethically and confidently * Run in-person seller appointments across the Atlanta Metro * Follow up relentlessly because fortune is in the follow-up * Own your pipeline, your numbers, and your outcomes Leads are provided daily. No Cold Calling. This is a performance-based role. Your income reflects your effort, skill, and consistency.
