This is a commission based outside sales position for a construction supply company located in Atlanta area. Position has a guaranteed salary of $75,000 for a probationary period and then transitions to full commission pay. Newly opened branch in Atlanta in 2024 with tremendous upside growth potential for the right person. Looking for a highly motivated, self starter. Family owned business in opened in Nashville in 1993, serving commercial contractors in the Middle Tennessee, and surrounding areas. Our main target customers are large commercial drywall contractors. We are seeking individuals that possess an ability to work well with others and perform the duties listed with a high level of integrity and care. Primary Responsibilities: * Daily jobsite and office visits with contractors (5-10/day) * Logging all stops and activities in CRM software * Maintain a daily presence in the office when not on sales calls * Generate and follow through on new leads * Create relationships with key contacts at each company * Become familiar with product offerings and our niche * Prepare Quotes and Customer Price Lists * Enter Sales Orders in Netsuite ERP, source and place orders for non-stock items * Regular maintenance and oversight of open Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, and other job related tasks. Expectations: * Excellent customer service and attention to detail. * Ability to learn and retain new information. * Willingness to quickly adapt when priorities change based on customer needs. * Well developed interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to follow directions precisely. * Possess good communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environment. * Maintain a clean work environment. * Have a professional, enthusiastic attitude each day. * Good attendance and timeliness are a priority. * Be proactive in solving problems, without conflict, and continue improving efficiency and processes.
