About the Role

: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Insurance Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients--providing exceptional service, processing renewals, managing policy changes, and supporting producers (sales agents) in maintaining and expanding accounts. If you have a strong background in insurance or strong desire to join the insurance industry, a passion for helping people, and excellent organizational skills, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a supportive and knowledgeable team.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Provide day-to-day servicing of commercial lines insurance clients
• Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, billing inquiries, and claims support
• Coordinate with carriers and underwriters to resolve issues and obtain coverage quotes
• Assist with renewals, marketing accounts, and preparing proposals for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in the agency management system
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely communication and attention to detail
• Support producers with new business onboarding and cross-selling opportunities
• Stay current on carrier guidelines, policy forms, and insurance regulations

Qualifications

(Required):

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Team player with a customer-first mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Qualifications

(Not required, but a plus):

• Active insurance license (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
• Previous experience in an agency or brokerage setting
