What you'll get to do: * Use your problem-solving skills to conduct preventative and corrective maintenance on dish machines, dosing equipment and systems. * Communicate with existing customers to resolve any issues and provide solutions that best meet their needs. * Conduct service visits and demonstrate safe equipment use to our customers. * Negotiate service agreement renewals and price increases, as well as upselling and cross selling products. * Provide on call emergency service in rotation with other coworkers every 6-7 weeks.
