Sacramento Gun Range (SGR) is looking for an enthusiastic Membership Sales (Client Advisor) who will be responsible for identifying and enrolling new Members while also helping to retain existing members. The client advisor position nurtures relationships with existing Members so that they will invite their friends and colleagues to join SGR as well. In addition, they attend community events to help recruit new members. Compensation: Annual salary starts in the $45,000 range + commissions (based on experience). The commissions paid for this position typically far exceed the base salary and are unlimited. Sacramento Gun Range's Indoor Range is the premier range in Northern California and the number one range is Sacramento. SGR currently serves over 1,000 members. Sacramento Gun Range's is looking for an enthusiastic sales associate with a passion for providing 5-star customer service to join our team. A positive attitude and team interaction are essential traits for our client advisors. Applicant must be congenial and sociable while providing the upmost professional behavior to manage our high caliber clientele. Job Requirements * Three years internal/external sales experience required. (Must be verifiable) * Proven track-record of sales performance. * High-energy, outgoing personality. * Must be willing to work weekends and weekdays (retail hours: 10am-8pm) * Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills are a must. * Strong technical literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel. * Diplomatic team player able to foster relationships with Members, employee partners and other community leaders. * Creativity, attention to detail and strong organizational skills. * Applicant must exhibit a professional appearance. * Applicant must possess a passion for providing high quality Member service and commitment to exceeding expectations. * Resolve complaints made by the members or customers.. Experience/Education * High school diploma required or GED * 3+ Years Sales Experience * Firearms knowledge a plus, not requirement * Membership sales experience a plus Physical Requirements: * Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. * Must be able to stand for extended periods. * Repetitive motion required including computer entry.
