Responsibilities * Engage with prospective clients through door-to-door outreach, leveraging outside sales techniques to generate interest in solar solutions * Conduct comprehensive energy assessments and present tailored solar proposals that meet customer needs * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer information, and follow up effectively * Negotiate contracts and close sales by clearly communicating benefits, addressing objections, and highlighting long-term savings * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that maximize lead generation and brand awareness * Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, explaining technical details, and ensuring a smooth sales experience * Maintain detailed records of interactions, appointments, and sales activities within CRM systems for accurate reporting and follow-up * Participate in ongoing training camps with a focus on team building and mentorship. * Become an expert in renewable energy and their benefits for homeowners. * Communicate with customers and generate interest in solar. * Comfortable working outside all seasons of the year. Comfortable walking at your own pace for 2 to 3 hours at a time. * Be professional and courteous while educating homeowners. Must be able to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends (Typically between the hours 0f 10am and 8pm for 6 to 8 hours per day). * Represent us and our brand with integrity. Desired Experience and Qualifications * Must possess strong desire to set and achieve goals. * Must have excellent communication and customer service skills. * Must be self-driven & highly motivated. * Must have reliable transportation. * Applicants must be 18 years old or older. * Bilingual abilities a plus. * Must have cell phone with data and internet.
