Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance their shopping experience * Assist customers in selecting furniture pieces that meet their needs, preferences, and budgets * Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to highlight the value of different items * Upsell complementary products and accessories to maximize sales opportunities * Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and organizing inventory * Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and receipts * Maintain excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or scheduling appointments Skills * Proven experience in retail sales, preferably within furniture or home decor environments * Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey product information clearly * Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively * Supervising experience is advantageous for team collaboration and leadership opportunities * Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math for transactions and inventory management * Customer service expertise with a friendly, professional attitude at all times * Familiarity with merchandising, stocking, and retail math techniques to optimize sales displays and inventory levels * Experience in grocery store or similar retail settings is beneficial for understanding fast-paced environments Join us today and help transform houses into homes!
