Business: Japanese trading company specialized in mechanical parts and system applications. Position: Outside Sales (Sales Representative) Travel: 1-2 times a month * Job Summary * Sells goods to distribution companies and end users. * Built Relationship with suppliers. * Performs at Exhibitions. * General Accountabilities * Contacts regular and prospective customers to explain product features and solicit orders. * Recommends products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests. * Answers customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms. * Estimates or quotes prices and delivery dates. * Consults with clients after sales to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support. * Performs administrative duties, such as preparing sales budgets and reports, keeping sales records, and filing expense account reports. * Primary focus on obtaining new business. * Travel U.S, Canada, Mexico is required which could include overnight stays. * Help design Web Site and EC site. * Performs other related duties as assigned by management. * Help Shipping and Receiving Department Job Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field. * Experience: A few months to one year of related experience. * Japanese skill is a plus but not mandatory Skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Active listening * Social perceptiveness * Critical thinking * Service orientation * Negotiation Coordination *Above details are subject to change. _ This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and may not include all responsibilities or requirements._
