Job Overview HEMP Yum Clouds - Commission-Only Sales Representative MUST BE 18+ HEMP Edibles | New Mexico Yum Clouds is a fast-growing, New Mexico-born HEMP edibles brand with clean, functional gummies now in 200+ stores statewide. We are seeking experienced, self-driven commission-only Sales Representatives to grow territory revenue through new account acquisition and consistent reorder volume. This role is for true producers -- quota performance is required. Responsibilities * Open new retail accounts * Grow and maintain existing accounts * Secure reorders and increase SKU count per store * Educate buyers on product lines, and sell-through * Set up promos, buybacks etc. * Maintain regular store visits and weekly communication * Track accounts, orders, and pipeline activity * Professionally represent Yum Clouds in all retailer interactions * Set up events on the weekend Performance Expectations (Required) * Monthly revenue quota must be met * Minimum new account openings per month * Minimum reorder volume per territory * Failure to meet quota may result in territory reassignment or termination Requirements * Proven cannabis sales experience required * Strong understanding of edibles, and dosing * Ability to clearly explain Live Rosin vs distillate products * Organized, reliable, and self-directed * Strong follow-up and closing skills * Comfortable working 100% commission-only Compensation * Commission-only * High recurring commission on reorder business * Performance-based territory expansion * Long-term earning potential Why Yum Clouds * Clean, vegan, low-glycemic gummies * Three functional product lines: Adventure, Balance, Recovery * Proven sell-through and retailer loyalty * Strong brand recognition and growing demand Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
