Customer Engagement & Sales Associate Location: Riverside, CA Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person This Customer Engagement & Sales Associate role focuses on clear communication, customer interaction, and supporting sales activity in retail and promotional environments. We're representing a company that delivers in-store campaigns for established home connectivity and communication services. You'll work directly with customers, helping them understand available options, answering questions, and supporting the sales journey in a professional, approachable way. Responsibilities * Engaging customers in retail and promotional settings * Explaining internet, mobile, TV, and home service options clearly * Supporting the customer journey from enquiry through to sign-up * Maintaining compliance with campaign and customer guidelines * Participating in coaching sessions and ongoing training Ideal Background * Retail, hospitality, customer service, or entry-level sales experience * Confident communication skills * Reliable availability for in-person work What 's Provided * Team-based working environment * Full training and ongoing role support * Opportunities to progress into senior campaign roles Pay & Compensation This role is paid weekly and includes a structured base pay, commission, and performance-based bonuses. Average weekly earnings typically range between $725-$900, depending on full-time hours, individual performance, and the campaigns worked.
