We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth within a designated territory. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify potential leads. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets. * Conduct lead generation activities through cold calling, networking, and referrals to build a robust client base. * Manage territory effectively by identifying potential customers and maintaining relationships with existing clients. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. * Collaborate with the sales management team. * Prepare and deliver quotes to prospective clients with product offerings. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions. Requirements * 3-5 Years of Industrial & MRO, Janitorial and/or packaging sales experience is preferred. * Strong skills in lead generation, territory management, and sales management. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * A proactive approach to cold calling and generating new business opportunities. * Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment. * A valid driver's license is required for travel within the assigned territory. * Ability to lift 50 lbs. * An understanding of vendor managed inventory. * Strong communication skills Compensation: $65,000- $85,000 / Plus Commission.
