Responsibilities * Engage with team-provided leads to build relationships and guide clients through the buying process * Use our CRM and systems to manage follow-up, client info, and deal progress * Attend regular coaching sessions, team calls, and trainings to develop skills and stay on track * Show homes, write offers, and support clients through each step of the transaction * Learn and apply systems, scripts, and processes that drive real results * Participate in team meetings, events, and collaborative opportunities * Use PLACE Technology to stay organized and manage daily tasks and communication Qualifications * Active Colorado real estate license (or in the process of obtaining one) * Eager to learn and willing to follow proven systems and models * Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic * Comfortable with technology and willing to use a CRM consistently * Positive attitude, coachable mindset, and desire to grow within a team * Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed * Reliable transportation for showings and client meetings About-our-team The Hudson Stonegate Real Estate Team is one of the top-performing teams serving Colorado's Front Range.
