Inside Sales Representative Reports To: Director of Sales WHO WE ARE... Bohle | Portals is a distributor of high-quality, German Engineered products for the glazing industry. We provide high service levels for industrial cutting and hardware with the availability of inventory and product expertise. We distribute products manufactured by our parent company and key partners through industry-focused distributors and serve as a fulfillment center for these products. We actively focus on selling hardware products to Fabricators and Installers utilizing our focused Inside Sales team. Responsibilities and Duties: * Build relationships with our existing customers who distribute our products. * Prospect for new customers in the glass and metal industry to distribute our products. * Generate new business with new or existing customers. * Familiarize yourself with products, processes, and procedures. * Work with product management on quotes, products, and technical inquiries * Responsible for follow-up on fluctuating customers. * Work independently and self-organized to achieve set goals. * Develop relationships with valued and key manufacturers to improve our product offering to all customers through our sales channel(s) * Market analysis on current and potential future product offers * Travel as needed to support responsibilities and is subject to standard travel and expense rules for Bohle|Portals sales. * Provide feedback from customers on product issues and product offerings.
