Job Title: Bilingual Service Representative Department: Service Report to: Service Supervisor FLSA Classification : Non-Exempt Employment type: Full-time Compensation: $16.90/hr + Commissions Date Verified: 01/01/2026 Essential Job Functions * Interact with customers via inbound telephone calls to provide information about products such as: describing merchandise and explaining use, operation, and care of merchandise and/or troubleshooting complications. * Refer unresolved customer issues to designated call center department or supervisor for resolution. * Prepares daily scheduling routes for field service technicians, including constant communication with field managers and operations manager on service statuses. * Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment, exchanges, and services. * Reach out to current customers to schedule needed services on equipment and the importance for services. * Follow-up with contacted customers to ensure they received their service, equipment and/or issues addressed. * Responsible to reach and maintain various quotas daily, monthly, and annually to include: inbound/outbound call volume, filter sales, service sales and all other department objectives and goals. * Performs any other assigned duties. Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies * Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must. * High school diploma/GED. * Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal). * Weekends and evenings are a must. * Must be proficient in computer operations including but not limited to, Microsoft Excel and Word. * Self starter with excellent problem solving skills. * Work effectively in a team environment while striving for individual excellence. * A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience Desired * Collections agency experience is a plus.
