We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced full time Receptionist at our Porsche Dealership located in West Palm Beach, Florida. * Answer all incoming calls from multi-line switchboard * Greet customers and vendors upon entering the dealership * Transfer/route all calls, take messages as needed * Log calls, produce daily and weekly/monthly reports * Clerical work as needed for the Sales Department Requirements * Excellent customer service skills * 3+ years receptionist/concierge experience * Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere * Working knowledge of computers (MS Word, Excel, etc.) * Professional attitude and attire a must * Qualified candidate must have a flexible schedule and be available during the hours of operation: Monday through Thursday - 7:30am - 8pm, Fridays - 7:30am - 7pm, Saturdays - 8am - 6pm and Sundays 11am - 5pm.
