Grandma Lucy's is seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of Sales who loves loves building, not just managing and loves to drive high-quality revenue growth, expand key accounts, and build scalable sales processes. This role is focused on owning strategic growth opportunities and strengthening sales execution across accounts. This is a build-and-execute role for someone who thrives in founder-led environments and knows how to bring structure, discipline, and momentum to a growing sales organization. What You 'll Own Strategic Sales & Growth
- Identify, pursue, and close new strategic retail, distribution, ecomm and export opportunities
- Lead expansion initiatives within existing accounts
- Support the National Account Manager on high-impact opportunities and roll-outs
- Evaluate and test select new channels aligned with brand
- Prioritize opportunities based on profitability, scalability, and brand fit
- Drive SKU expansion, distribution growth, and multi-location roll-outs Sales Process & Systems
- Maintain accurate CRM data including pipeline, forecasting, and account activity
- Evaluate and document sales playbooks by channel and account type
- Standardize sales decks, rollout plans, and on-boarding processes
- Establish consistent sales cadence: forecasting, pipeline reviews, and reporting Strategic Account Support
- Provide senior-level support for strategic accounts and escalations
- Partner with the National Account Manager on account planning and promotional calendars
- Ensure coordinated execution across sales, marketing, and operations for top partners Distributor & Channel Collaboration
- Support distributor growth initiatives alongside the NAM
- Help assess distributor performance and identify expansion opportunities
- Align distributor execution with company priorities and marketing programs Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with marketing on launches, promotions, and sell-through strategies
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain on forecasting and rollout readiness
- Share insights on account performance, customer feedback, and growth opportunities What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5-10+ years of CPG sales experience (pet, food, or specialty retail strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to open accounts, drive expansion and construct from the foundation up
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
- Strong organizational, forecasting, and communication skills
