$18-$22/hr + BONUS! MODE Renovation LLC is a general contractor that specializes in shower remodels. We have been in business for three years, and our goal is to keep growing and expanding more in California. We are a small but ambitious team that is passionate about delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a highly motivated and self-sufficient Call Center Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales department. They will report directly to the General Manager and take on bigger roles as the company grows. Customer Relations * Handle inbound leads promptly and professionally. * Make 200+ outbound phone calls per day * Engage with leads to understand their needs and qualify them for appointments. * Utilize multiple CRM systems to manage lead information and appointments. * Set appointments for the sales team, ensuring accuracy and clarity. * Meet or exceed appointment-setting targets and performance goals. * Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments. * Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and improve efficiency. Compensation * This is an hourly position with bonus opportunities Expectations: * Show up to work on time! * Have flexibility in working morning shift and evening shift * Payroll is bi-weekly * Time off will need to be requested 3 weeks prior and approved * Communicate with the owner any issues, concerns, or areas for improvement * Proficient on a computer * ASK FOR HELP! No one has all the answers, and we don't expect you to. There are no stupid questions, so feel free to pick the owner's brain on anything. When we work together, we can often come to solutions much quicker!
