Turn conversations into contracts -- grow your career with Better Path Homes. Better Path Homes is seeking a driven Real Estate Investment Sales Specialist to join our acquisitions team. In this role, you'll connect with homeowners, evaluate properties, and negotiate winwin solutions that help sellers move forward while fueling our company's growth. Compensation: $100,000+ Responsibilities: * Engage with potential sellers through phone calls, virtual meetings, and in-person appointments * Conduct property walk-throughs to assess condition, estimate repairs, and negotiate contracts on the spot * Build trust with homeowners by listening, overcoming objections, and guiding them toward solutions * Research property values, comparables, and market trends to support acquisition decisions * Document all interactions and deal progress in CRM with accuracy and timeliness * Collaborate with team members during meetings and training sessions * Prepare contracts, letters of intent, and due diligence documents for transactions * Follow up consistently on leads to maximize conversion opportunities * Travel within 1-2 hours of Charlotte for property inspections and seller meetings Qualifications: * Proven success in sales or business development -- ability to set appointments, build rapport, and close deals * Strong communication skills, especially over the phone and in person * Selfmotivated, competitive, and goaloriented with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets * Comfortable learning real estate concepts (property values, repair estimates, contracts) -- prior exposure is helpful but not required * Coachable and eager to grow within a fastpaced investment environment * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local travel You'll love this role if you are: * Competitive and energized by closing deals * Coachable, open to feedback, and eager to grow * A natural communicator who builds trust quickly * Resilient when facing objections and motivated to find solutions * Excited by the idea of upside earnings and career advancement About Company Better Path is a real estate investment company focused on providing solutions for homeowners and investors across the Greater Piedmont Region of North Carolina.
